Shred Matrix Review

Rated: 3.5 out of 5

Weight loss can be a difficult endeavor no matter who you are. Our busy lives and schedules often keep us from doing what needs to be done in order to lose extra weight and lead a healthy lifestyle. For these reasons, the weight lost supplement industry is a booming business.

Shred MatrixBut how do you find the right supplement? That's an even harder question to answer. The right pill should, ideally, help you combat all of the obstacles which are standing in between you and your weight loss goals. Hunger cravings, low energy, emotional binge-eating, and irregular blood sugar levels can all conspire together and prevent you from burning excess unhealthy fat.

Therefore, any diet pill that promises to be the solution to your weight loss problems has to tackle all of these problems. It has to give you the energy you need to improve (or start) your exercise routine. It has to help reduce hunger cravings and balance out your blood sugar levels so that you can eat fewer calories than you consume. One product that claims to be able to do all this, and more, is Shred Matrix from Muscle Pharm. But how effective is their weight loss supplement? For the answer to that question, take a look at our review.

What is Shred Matrix?

Shred Matrix is a weight loss supplement from the manufacturer Muscle Pharm. The company is well known for being the "official supplement provider of the UFC", or Ultimate Fighting Championship. Given the superior conditioning of most UFC athletes, many potential customers might be impressed that the two brands are associated with one another.

The supplement itself is an "8 stage weight loss system" which aims to target the 8 biggest challenges to losing weight. Those are:

  • Low energy
  • Slow metabolism
  • Hunger cravings
  • Mood imbalances
  • Inferior well-being
  • Lack of sharp mental focus
  • Bloating and excess water retention
  • Balancing blood sugar levels

However, the word "Stage" is a bit of a misnomer. The supplement is not taken in stages, and there is no gradual increase, decrease, or phasing in or out with your dosage. The recommended dosage is 6 capsules per day - 3 in the morning half an hour before breakfast, and 3 in the afternoon half an hour before lunch. It is strongly recommended not to take any capsules within 6 hours of your bedtime, because the product might cause sleeplessness and irritability.

Shred Matrix Ingredients

By far, the main active ingredient in Shred Matrix is caffeine. For "Stages" 1 and 2, the main ingredients under that heading are various forms of this common stimulant in the form of Green Tea and caffeine anhydrous extract. It also contains a healthy serving of B vitamins; the manufacturer doesn't exactly specify why, but one can assume it has something to do with boosting energy levels. They might also be included for the purpose of improving brain function.

Buy Shred Matrix

Shred Matrix is a very popular, mainstream weight loss product. As such, you have a plethora of choices when it comes to purchasing the product. It is sold online through the company's website, and through major nutrition outlets such as GNC and Vitamin Shoppe. You can also buy Shred Matrix in person at either of those stores. Additionally, 3rd party vendors such as Amazon sell it, but there is a higher likelihood of purchasing counterfeit pills which will likely be ineffective as a weight loss supplement.

Doesn't Shred Matrix Work?

Unlike most diet pills, Shred Matrix has a significant fan base of happy customers who have given the product positive reviews. The weight loss success stories, although plentiful, are fairly modest and were only achieved when customers combined the pills with a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Those who experienced less success with Shred Matrix were mostly hindered by the product's side effects. Due to the high caffeine content, several 3-star reviews and below complained of jitters, sleeplessness, and irritability. Others reported significant heartburn problems. Some clients tried to reduce their intake from 6 to 4 or 2 pills per day in order to reduce the negative side effects, but the supplement proved to be less effective at lower doses (if it worked at all).

Fortunately, there are natural herbal weight loss supplements out there that don't come with so many negative side effects. If you're interested to learn more, check out our diet pill review page here.
